Ever increasing modernization and mechanization have turned the life into fast pace and it has devastating effects on the health (both mental and physical) of the people. People in general, seem to be speeding up and becoming less empathic and increasingly stressful. The chronic exposure to stress can have delirious effects on the physical and mental health aspects. Stress that's left unchecked can affect one’s body, thoughts, feelings, and behavior. This can further lead to various health issues like high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity, diabetes and other mental and physical disorders. It is also well-evident that fast paced lifestyle and mechanization has evidently decreased physical activity among people and to a large extent has delinked them from nature.

Therefore, it is important for people to take efforts to keep them healthy to be fit for survival in this fast moving world. Time and again it has been proved beyond doubt that recreation and leisure activities can assist in reducing stress and help one rejuvenate. It helps in increasing bonding, togetherness and harmony which can reverse the effects of psychological issues. At DDF’s Satya Wellness Retreat and Yoga Centre we work on de-stressing, detoxification and adopting a healthy way of living. We work on inculcating good habits, adopting disciplined life-style We at DDF, strongly believe that Yoga along with healthy intake, helps greatly in streamlining our way of living. We work together to help adopt these practices.

    Our offers at DDF - SWRYC include:

  • One year long program with intermittent on-line, off-line mode interaction. This includes four offline sessions at DDF-SWRYC of 15 days duration in a year coupled with flexible on-line interactions.
  • Additionally we offer stand alone off-line programs of different durations for interested individuals and groups. These again have been designed to accommodate individuals and groups preferences and are available in following three formats:
    • 15 days
    • 30 days
    • 45 days
  • We also have packages for individuals, groups that can be customized and can be of longer duration.
